USA*Engage undertakes a broad range of activities, including analysis of the likelihood of proposed sanctions achieving their stated objective, their likely unintended consequences and informing Members of Congress and the Executive Branch of shortcomings of sanctions proposals. USA*Engage member companies agree on positions and courses of action. The coalition testifies before Congressional committees and advocates to Congress and the Executive Branch in support of altering or rejecting proposed unilateral sanctions that are flawed.
