This announcement brings the United States and Cuba an important step closer to normalizing relations," said Colvin. "President Obama, Secretary Kerry and a number of congressional leaders deserve great credit for enabling a new day for relations with Cuba. We look forward to working with the Obama Administration and Congress to remove remaining impediments to normal economic relations."
